What do VIP tickets include?

A VIP ticket will get you front-row access, private bar/washrooms and a private food tent! Basically everything you need and best seats in the “house”! This year we’re increasing the space of the VIP area, so expect some fun surprises!

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

On site parking will be available. A shuttle will be running every hour between the Festival and Grand River Raceway.

Is Meadows an all-ages festival?

Yes it is, and children 12 and under can get a ticket for $5 all in!

Can I bring in cooler, outside food, or drinks?

No outside beverages will be permitted at all. But we have a free water-fill station on site so bring your empty water bottles to enjoy that all day! We will also have non-alcoholic drink options on site including pop, juice, hop waters and red bull. Small outside snacks are a-OK (think granola bars and trail mix). We will have tons of amazing food options (small and big) to enjoy! Outside coolers will not be permitted.

Can I bring in a chair?

Yes, simple camping chairs and blankets will be allowed into Meadows! Inflatable chairs, structured chairs (e.g., with roof canopies) and hammocks are NOT allowed.

Is the festival licensed?

The whole festival grounds are licensed for attendees aged 19+ and holding valid government ID.

How can I purchase drinks?

Drink tokens will be available to purchase and can be exchanged at the bar.

Is the festival dog-friendly?

Unfortunately, at this time we will only accept service dogs.

What’s the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we will not be offering refunds. The event will run rain or shine.
